This Privacy Policy explains how Arlington North LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the Swiped block-puzzle game — both the mobile app and the website at swiped.io. Our approach is simple: we don't collect your personal information.

The short version: The Swiped app collects no personal data. Your game progress (score, board, and settings) is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no ads.

The Swiped app

No personal data collected. The app does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any account.
Local storage only. Your high score, current board, and sound preference are saved on your device using standard local storage so you can resume where you left off. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.
Plays offline. The game is fully bundled in the app and works without an internet connection. It does not send analytics or tracking data.
No ads and no third-party SDKs in the app.

The swiped.io website

If you play or visit the game on the web at swiped.io, standard, privacy-respecting information is handled to operate the site securely:

Server logs. Like most websites, our server temporarily logs basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and protect against abuse.
Aggregate visit counts. We use a lightweight visitor counter (HitCounters) to see aggregate traffic (for example, how many people visited). This is used for general statistics and is not used to build personal profiles.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children's privacy

Swiped is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal data at all, it is designed to be safe for children in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

Future changes (ads & purchases)

A future version of the app may offer optional rewarded ads and an optional purchase to remove ads. If we add these, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details to describe what data any advertising partner may collect, before those features are released.

Your choices

You can clear the app's locally-stored data at any time by deleting the app (or clearing site data in your browser for the web version). Since we don't hold your personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
